Our preference is the RIBA Domestic Building Contract, which is simple, clear and easy to understand and contract between a client and nominated contractor. Endorsed by the Home Owners Alliance, it can be used on all domestic (non-commercial) projects, including renovations extensions, maintenance and new buildings.
