While in the process of buying this property Ruth was very keen to hit the ground running and demolish the existing extension as soon as possible ignorer to begin the process of building a modern single storey kitchen diner.

Plans were drawn up before the purchase was completed in order for builders to move in as soon as the keys were handed over.
